What is a "WAVE"?

To ensure that everyone always gets their gear within a reasonable timeframe, -IB_ opens eery month for one week – during this “Wave” I collect al the orders and organise the production schedule. Typically most orders ship between two waves, some orders may take slightly longer depending on demand.

What about my order?

Once you’ve ordered, you should get a recap email ( as always do check your junkmail). Once payment is received and your order is entered in the production sheet, it will be marked as processing. When finished, your order goes to our transporter and as soon as it is shipped you will get a tracking number…

Can I cancel my order?

 If your order is still not processing we will refund in full; however if it is “processing” we will need to work out exactly how far along it is at the moment of the request; obviously if it has been shipped we will not be in a position to refund. In any cases first step is to email vincent with your order number.

What if there is an issue?

Upon getting your order you have 7 days to contact us if something is not right (wrong/missing items, quality issue…) – we will work with you to find the best way to fix this.  If your orders gets lost (rare occurence) contact us and we will work through the process of getting you a replacement package. 

How fast will it be delieverd?

Once your order has shipped and we provide you the tracking number it may take as little as 5 days for the package to be at your door. You may be contacted by the courier to arrange customs clearance. We are not responsible for fees or delays incurred in such cases. European customers are more likely to need this extra step. 

Is it ready for Registration?

All our gear based on CRL framework and have been used by hundreds of troopers around the world to successfully clear registrationin their respective garrissons/base; mostly out of the box. A great costume will require some minimal work, fitting, weathering…, to look its best. Check our blog for some tips and tricks on this topic.


Who is -IB-

-IB- started in 2015 to support the SW costuming communities by providing quality footwear meeting the various clubs  clearance requirements. Since then it has grown to offer various footwear, gloves, clothing and accessories to complete some of the most demanding costume.

As a trooper myself, I understand the many hurdles one may have to go through to complete a costume; not least of which finding a responsible and trustworthy prop maker to purchase parts from. I expect my props to ship within a reasonable timeframe, at a fair price and to put me on track to clearance.
